Comanche Nation Fair - Walking Vendor Information & Application

The Comanche Nation Fair is committed to creating a positive, organized, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, vendors, and partners. To ensure fairness and smooth operations for everyone involved, we are introducing an application process for Walking Vendors at this year’s Fair.

 

What is a Walking Vendor?

A Walking Vendor is an individual or group who sells goods or services while moving throughout the Fairgrounds, rather than operating from a fixed booth or stall.

 

Why an Application Process?

To best serve our community and provide equal opportunity:

• We want to ensure that all vendors have access to the same information and are treated fairly in the selection process.

• An application process helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees and vendors alike.

• This allows for better coordination and ensures we meet all safety and operational guidelines.

 

How to Apply?

To participate as a Walking Vendor, please review the Walking Vendor Application and submit all required information before the deadline. Applications will be reviewed in the order received, and all applicants will be notified regarding their approval status. We strongly encourage early submission to allow for adequate planning and to give all interested parties a fair opportunity.
